Job Details

My client is an expanding law firm with their eyes firmly set on expansion within the Personal Injury market, and as such they are seeking a Fee Earner with fast track experience to join their PI team.

It is essential that the successful Personal Injury Fee Earner has the relevant knowledge and has experience of managing a wide range of fast track PI matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a Fee earning capacity, and have a good breadth of experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful PI Fee earner will manage a varied caseload mainly comprising fast track of Personal Injury work to include Employers Liability/Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents. The successful candidate must have experience of managing their own files, and have experience of providing advice to a diverse range of clients on all aspects of personal Injury.

You will be required to carry out matters from start to finish, with a high degree of competence and the ability to work to strict deadlines with the client at the very forefront of everything you undertake. You will also be required to work from your own initiative and as part of a team, and take direction and delegation from the Head of Department.
