We have an exciting opportunity for our market leading client based in Gerrards Cross. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team. The primary objective of the role is to support, review, design and implement business changes, working closely with operational teams to enhance our system deliverables and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the business and senior business analysis when deploying new business processes and features
* Supporting core enterprise resource planning system (Cargowise) and, where necessary, new software solutions being developed
* Supporting multiple projects and business units whilst working to tight deadlines
* Use requirements to drive the design or review of process changes and to manage project scope, acceptance and deployment
* Plan, co-ordinate user testing, issue capture and resolution
* Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders and peers when necessary
* To communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
* Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provided

Key Skills Required:

* Operational knowledge of Cargowise essential
* 2-5 years Operational & Industry knowledge ideally within a multi-modal environment
* Ability to question processes and existing practices
* Organisation and planning skills, with a proven ability to work on own initiative
* Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
* Process driven & analytically minded
