As a result of our success, we require increased resource to support our growing customers, and are actively recruiting for a number of customer service and support roles within our Account Management and Talos Support teams.

As our 1st Line Support we can train you on our processes, products and services so what we require is a can do attitude, and motivation to solve problems, work as a team, collaborate, and help each other.

Joining us as our 1st Line Support , you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work at pace with a strong attention to detail. You will also be open to always finding a better way of working and supporting our customers.

You will be joining a close knit high performing team with a positive, friendly, helpful, open and transparent culture. If successful in this 1st Line Support??????? role, you will be trained, developed, supported and coached. This 1st Line Support??????? role will require you to work from our modern, fresh and engaging offices 2 minutes from Ikea Warrington, Gemini, for a couple days a week and you will have the flexibility and trust to work from home or office the rest of the week. The office is purpose designed with its own coffee/gin bar, on site gym, showers, free parking and even Charlie the office dog. We believe engaged employees deliver great client solutions.
