Head of Sales – Digital Commerce Agency
London / Remote
£50,000 – £60,000 Base (£100,000 OTE)
We are a digital commerce agency focused on delivering eCommerce products, solutions and integrations for leading brands.
We are looking for a Head of Sales to oversee our sales initiatives who can work alongside the founders to drive business growth and expansion. This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional with the proven ability to sell eCommerce consultancy services and an entrepreneurial mindset to join a small business with an ambitious growth plan.
The Head of Sales role:
+ Develop new business and grow existing accounts
+ Take on management of the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to closing
+ Create winning proposals, pitch materials and build and nurture relationships with prospective customers
+ Embed yourself in the customer world to ensure understanding of their ongoing needs and objectives
+ Contribute to enhancing existing sales collateral based on your experience of the market and of customer needs
+ Work as part of the Senior Leadership team, collaborating with them to drive business growth and expansion
+ 5+ years B2B knowledge of selling ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware), Oracle ATG, Magento and/or BigCommerce is essential
+ Consultative sales approach with a proven ability to tailor outcomes based on the customer needs
+ Access to an existing network which can be leveraged from the off
+ Ambitious and entrepreneurial with the ability to work autonomously
+ Proven ability to position services against competitors
+ Genuine enthusiasm and interest in technology
+ Analytical skills and ability to discuss client needs
+ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
+ £50 – £60k base + OTE
+ Role has options/LTIP scheme linked to it
+ 25 days holiday
