Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer

Oxford

Up to £36,651 p/a

Full-time, permanent

We are working with a further education college in the Oxford area who are looking for a full-time and permanent Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer to join their team.

The successful candidate would be based in the FE College's construction department, and would be tasked with lecturing apprentices on both practical & theoretical Carpentry courses (Up to level 3). The majority of teaching will be practical delivery within the Carpentry workshop, although there would also theoretical classroom based sessions.

The starting salary for this position is up to £36,651 which would also include a teacher's pension, in-house training, and a holiday allowance (plus Bank Holidays and closure days).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

- NVQ Level 3 or City and Guild advanced craft in Carpentry and Joinery.

- Assessor Qualification

- PTTLS teaching qualification (As Minimum)
