We are working with a Local Authority who are looking to recruit a Programme Analyst, to join the Strategic Reset Programme team who work collaboratively to deliver this.
Working in part of a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team, you will work on a number of high priority change programmes that form the SRP. Your focus will be on identifying, tracking, collating data and reporting on the benefits of the change being delivered for staff, residents and partners. Looking at the value they have added across the council individually and working with the Finance and Analytics teams to build a bigger picture for the overall progress of the SRP.
You will be outcome and relationship focused with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. You will have experience in benefits management and realisation, data analysis and presenting a variety of data to different audiences, including senior leaders in the organisation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Coaching the programme leads on planning and profiling the delivery of benefits, by supporting in the development and review of benefits maps and supporting deep dive or problem solving sessions.
· Tracking assumptions in relation to benefits targets or baselines, and audit trails of key decisions in relation to the delivery of benefits.
· Continually improving the process by feeding lessons learned back into the benefits approach of the programme and the approach of individual projects or programmes.
· Working closely with the communications team to plan the way in which key messaging around benefits and programme progress (in relation to benefits) is delivered.
