Job Details

Our Client is a progressive Law Firm with offices in Herts and London and we are now looking to recruit two experienced Solicitors with a strong technical background, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience with between 4 and 8 years' PQE. The positions will be based in our London office although one role could be accommodated in the Herts offices if required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding Corporate and Commercial team which typically deals in high value corporate transactions with particular growth in corporate lending. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, supportive, and well-regarded team.

You will be involved in a broad range of work and will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions including management buy-outs and company re-structuring, be proficient in all Companies Act related matters and have experience in drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and other types of business agreements. Specific experience in corporate lending transactions is a positive and you will otherwise have some experience in and be willing to support the wider team in more general commercial drafting and advisory work.

You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.

There are excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate along with the opportunity to be involved in business development and the marketing of the team.

Benefits include a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, Contributory Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, health cover, subsidised parking or annual season ticket loan and a discretionary annual bonus
