We are looking for an IT Application Analyst to join our IT Team supporting the Leonardo business across the UK. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a team that is motivated to deliver IT solutions to enable the business to embrace a digital future.

Work Request triage and organiser
Applications Project co-ordinator
IT Service Desk despatcher
Problem ticket management
Work Request Triage and organiser
Purchase orders and invoicing maintenance
Delivery of team KPI and reporting pack
Project monitoring and schedule planning
What we are looking for
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communication skills
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
