2nd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer - O365 - VMware - Kettering - £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus

My client is going through a period of record growth, they're looking for a 2nd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to support the day to day delivery of the IT function as well as get involved in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working on a service desk as well as projects and Infrastructure Support working with technologies like Office 365, VMware, Veeam and SQL.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing projects to ensure the continuous delivery of IT services through interaction with end users. You will be involved in for telephony systems, Networks, data centre, security systems and other related infrastructure. Ideally this person will have a minimum of 2/3 years of IT Support experience prior to this application.

Key skills:

** Office 365 or Exchange

** LAN / WAN installation

** VMware

** Experience with MDT and Windows Servers

** Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VLANS

** Strong understanding of troubleshooting

** Strong Communication skills
