Sr. Wintel Engineer - London

Excellent opportunity for Wintel Engineer to be part of our Infrastructure services practice role will be remote to begin with post COVID will be based in London. Cognizant Infrastructure Services - Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design and Support
• Active directory in Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016
• Understanding of forest/domain structure, understanding of AD sites and replication topology
• SME for AD,DNS and DHCP
• Group policy management
• Working on Xenapp/Xendeskotp/PVS/MCS, knowledge on Citrix NetScaler.
• Install Configure Manage VMware ESXi Infrastructure and Vcenter Server
• Manage Updates for Hosts and VMware tools for VM s via Update Manager
• Plug in Configure and Manage HA DRS Resource Pools clusters

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent experience in Infra support & designing
• Active directory in Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016
• Very good understanding of forest/domain structure, understanding of AD sites and replication topology
• Working in-depth knowledge on AD,DNS and DHCP
• Hands on experience on Group policy management.
• Citrix working knowledge on Xenapp/Xendeskotp/PVS/MCS, knowledge on Citrix NetScaler.
• Experience in Installation/Configuration/Manage VMware ESXi Infrastructure and Vcenter Server
• Manage Updates for Hosts and VMware tools for VM s via Update Manager
• Plug in Configure and Manage HA DRS Resource Pools clusters
• Basic understanding of Database, Middleware & Network
