Implementation Consultant - Liverpool / Home - £40,000 - £50,000

A Technical focussed Implementation Consultant with strong client facing skills is needed to jion a successful software house in their Liverpool offices. (the role being fully remote currently, in time it will be a mix of office and home based)

You will be joining a very friendly business who treat everyone as adults and offer great flexibility but equally work hard, in a fast paced environment. Their clients are global and range from mid to Enterprise scale and the business itself are mid sized so you will very much be part of a team that has a real say and impact on the business and work you do.

The Role :
  • Working closely with the Project Management team you will work with national and international clients to deliver the businesses solutions and implementation of the software
  • You will act as a primary client contact on the implementation of projects which inc:
  • Configuration of systems
  • Creation of Project documentation and function specifications
  • Multiple client workshops ranging from training to programme scopes
  • Provide technical support through the whole project lifecycle
  • Build strong and lasting client relationships

Skills and Experience Required:

  • You must hold a minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar technical focused implementation consultant role (could be from a technical Business Analyst or Project Manager)
  • You must hold at least 5yrs client facing experience and be a confident communicator both verbally and written
  • You must have excellent experience within system configuration and understanding of the full software implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills are a must
  • You will need to be open to travel (as and when travel is allowed again) roughly 2 days per week in the UK and 1 to 2 days per month in Europe - note these can all be day trips.
