About us:Our client is rapidly changing and we need your help to pioneer new ways of using their data to improve the services that they offer to their tenants.
They are ready to transform their business in line with the changing needs of their tenants and you could be key to this. This role will support the new programmes of work identified in their change portfolio and deliver ambitious improvements in the ways in which they work.
They want to make sure that their staff have the best data at their fingertips to deliver great services to their tenants. So, they need people that can demystify data and bring insight to life.
They are therefore looking for a dynamic individual to develop their Data and Insight Team.
About the role:The new Data and Insight Manager will lead on the creation of a new approach to performance management within the business. They have started to review the way in which they work and need your support to drive this agenda forward.
Your day to day duties will include:Getting involved with reviewing their current performance framework and reshaping it to support their Corporate Plan and Business Transformation programmeWorking with all levels of the organisation to ensure that everyone has access to the right data in the right format at the right time.Developing their ability to maximise their data and use the insight to inform the way that services are delivered to their tenantsDriving real change within the business to improve their servicesManaging a small team of 3 whilst providing support to all of their staff in relation to data queries
About you:They need someone who loves working with data and also people. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:Experience of using and developing Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Qlikview, QlickSense, Power BI etcProven success in leading a team in a senior/management roleGood working knowledge of producing high quality analyticsAbility to think creatively and generate new ideasExperience in training users on how to get the best use of systems and data would be preferred.
