Software Engineer

Software Engineer x 2 - Permanent - Edinburgh - up to £45K plus benefits (Visa Sponsorship available for the right candidate in the UK)

(ASP.Net / C# / SQL Server / JQuery / HTML/Angular JS/Bootstrap/WebAPI)

Change Recruitment are partnering with an established software company in Edinburgh to support their software development growth plans and ongoing business.

Technical Skills:

• Proven competence of multi-user web application development, deploying code and fixing issues in a live environment where users are dependent on stability and availability.

• Proven competence of web application development using an OO language (ASP.Net and

C#)

• Proven competence of working in an agile environment:

• Using TDD, refactoring and other XP practices

• Relational database programming and management, and specifically SQL Server

• Using and managing a continuous integration build (we use Jenkins)

• Scripting using Powershell

• HTML / CSS / Bootstrap

• JavaScript / Ajax / JQuery / Angular

• Web services (WCF / SOAP / REST)

• Microsoft web stack

• Active Directory integration

• Experience of using a source code repository and an issue tracking system
