A Microsoft 365 Support engineer is required to join a well-established and fast-growing IT Services, Solutions and Consultancy practice based out of Borehamwood.
The Microsoft 365 Support engineer will have an MSP background and be providing expertise in Microsoft/Office 365 support at the high level technical end in, but not limited to - Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online etc.
You will also:
- Act as an escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents.
- Hold overall responsibility for ticket management including Incidents, Problems, Change and Service Requests.
You will have worked within ITIL and boast a proven track record working in a 3rd line technical support role with a detailed understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing etc. and Microsoft 365 including Azure AD and Intune.
