TEKsystems are partnering with a highly-successful technology-focused organisation in their search for a Scrum Master. This organisation support major financial institutions with ultra high-tech payments solutions, and they continue to see strong growth within the business.

The Scrum Master is a newly created position following a recent restructure, you would be the first full-time Scrum Master in the business so it's a great opportunity to make an impact.

Day-to-day, this will involve looking after product-led squads, who are on their journey to Agile. This role would suit an established Scrum Master, or someone with relevant Agile qualifications and some practical experience who is looking for their first fully-fledged Scrum Master role.

This organisation are based in West Yorkshire, post-Covid you may be required in the office on occasion but most of the work can be done remotely. With this in mind, you can be based anywhere within a reasonable distance of the region.

From a cultural standpoint, you'll be working for a business who invest in their people (training budget available) and who have a trusting and performance-based working environment.
