SERVICE DESK ANALYST (1st Line)
Salary - £18,000 - £24,000 + Benefits
Hull Based Client - Currently Remote Working

Your new role
Hays IT in Hull are currently Recruiting a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) for one of the Regions most well respected organisations who provide crucial industry leading IT support service to their NHS customers across the region.

What you'll need to succeed
The client requires Service Desk Analysts who have exceptional Customer Service skills and can demonstrate experience in the following key areas:
- 1st / 2nd Line Skills
- Excellent understanding of Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Previous experience of Hardware & Software support
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Previous experience of logging and prioritising calls on an IT Helpdesk

What you'll get in return
Depending on level of experience this opportunity can offer a Salary of between £18,000 - £24,000 + Benefits.
Currently this position is Remote working - but will return to Office based shortly. The role does require candidates to work on a Rota System.
