Job Details

Our client is a successful, well established organisation who are now seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team for 3 months. To be considered you will ideally have some experience of working in Finance or Accounts and available immediately.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:
Creation of customer invoices
Look into customer credit limits
Bank reconciliation
Validate and process debit and credit notes
Ensure all outstanding cash is being collected promptly
Work with the team to help with month end journal posting
Processing invoices
Setting up new suppliers
Dealing with account reconciliation
Processing expenses

To be considered the Accounts Assistant will:
Have advanced excel skills
Maintain good communication skills
Be proactive and be keen to learn
Be AAT qualified or studying towards would be ideal
Have a great ability to work as part of a team
