2nd Line Support Engineer - Managed Services Provider (MSP) - Microsoft Partner - London. A 2nd Line Support Engineer is urgently required by a leading Managed Services Provider in London. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing remote support as well as getting exposure to client onboarding and implementing solutions onto client site.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for;
Handling escalated requests
Providing 2nd Line remote support to clients across the finance, insurance and legal industry
Supporting and mentoring Junior Engineer's
Working out of hours on a rotational basis to support clients after business hours
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have;
Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) - Essential!
At least two years experience working in a 2nd Line Support role
Technical experience must include; Windows Server, Office365, Networking, PowerShell, Security Systems/Platforms
