The role

The Quality Administrator is required to support the day-to-day management of the complex GLA NEET SEND and Careers Clusters programmes designed to support young people, aged 16-24 years, to participate in activities which will aid their transition to Education, Employment and Training and promote social mobility and inclusion. This challenging and rewarding role, reporting to a Business / Operations Manager, will be responsible for facilitating and completing day-to-day administration and quality activities designed to drive a high level of teaching and learning for Participants

Key accountabilities

The main purpose of the Quality Administrator is to work with the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams to complete quality file checks and provide feedback to Operational teams. The individual will work with the Young Careers team to support the allocation of students to work placements and will work with Operational Management and the Associate Director for Continuous Improvement to prepare for quality inspections, including OFSTED.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working effectively within a fast paced, customer service, office-based environment
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering a high quality customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Experience of the use of database systems to input data, interrogate information and produce reports
  • Experience of the use of Excel to manipulate data in the production of clear, legible reports for management
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.

GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage
