An experienced Residential Property Lawyer is sought by a large and highly respected regional law firm with an enviable list of clients that include FTSE companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals.
Our client have a first class reputation for developing and investing in home grown talent and boast staff retention levels way above the norm. They believe that retention and creating an outstanding place to work delivers inherent benefits to their clients.
They now wish to add an experience Solicitor or Legal Executive to the Residential Property Team. You should possess good academics, together with a can do attitude. Will need to have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range Residential Conveyancing matters - from standard Sale, Purchase and Remortgage transactions to more complicated New Build, Buy to Let and Equity Release matters. Experience and exposure to more complicated and specialist work will depend on the successful candidate's level of capability, more complex work including lease extensions, drafting complex property Deeds, covenants and deeds of rectification will be given to the candidate when deemed appropriate by the Supervising Partner.
In return the successful candidate will be joining a highly respected team that provide pragmatic and commercially led advice, focused on delivering exceptional quality of work. The team act for a wide range of local, national and an increasing rate of international clients.
