Our client is a progressive, team orientated and highly collegiate law firm with a high quality employment practice operating from a number of UK offices.
The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment partner to join them. You may have your own following and niche specialism which our client would be keen to support, but there will also be a case load of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and you'll bring a clear commercial approach to your work with clients as well as strong technical legal skills and the appetite to develop your practice. This would suit an existing employment partner looking for more flexibility or an aspiring partner (perhaps a frustrated senior lawyer or legal director) wanting to take the next step to a full partnership role.
