A well-Established and expanding Law firm based in the North West is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Assistants to join their successful law firm in their Liverpool office.
In order to be successful in this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role you must have at least 12 months solid experience working as a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, strong administrative skills, experience of using a case management system (Proclaim is advantageous).
In this role you will assist on a caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion where typical duties will include preparing required documentation as required with the conveyancing process, liaising clients and liaising with third parties over the telephone and preparing the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices to name a few.
Salary on the role ranges from £18,000-£22,000 depending on experience level, fantastic in-house training, onsite parking, flexible holiday scheme and many more perks.
