Our Client, a well-established and very busy Law firm, who provide Legal services across the Yorkshire market who due to an exciting recent acquisitions and a change in company culture and expansion plans, are looking at recruiting in their Residential Property department for a Residential Conveyancer.

This Residential Conveyancer role will consist of handling a full caseload of Sale & Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception through to their offices post completion team.

In order to be considered for this Conveyancer position you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Fee earner within a Residential Property Department as a minimum covering Sale and Purchase as well as Freehold and leasehold transactions.

Salary on all roles is negotiable and dependant on experience level, Generous holiday entitlement of 27 days holiday available plus lots off additional staff perks. Free onsite parking and accessible via public transport.
