Software Incident Management Engineer opportunity offering up to £25,000 salary full time permanent position.
I am recruiting for a Software Incident Management Engineer to join my client on a permanent basis. You will provide support for their bespoke software solution provided to their UK clients. In this position you will support my clients UK customers back office systems providing exceptional customer service by responding to any first line issues, liaising with internal teams to get issues fixed.
You will be fully trained on their systems to ensure you have the skills to provide exceptional support.
You will need to have a thorough understanding of IT and a troubleshooting mindset in order to carry out this position. Communication skills, written and verbally, need to be very strong in order to excel in this position.
A computer related degree with a keen interest to learn and progress within an organisation is key.
