Account Director - Leading IT Reseller - £200k OTE

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading IT Reseller with a huge global presence offering massive earning potential! Due to growth, our client is currently hiring for a driven and ambitious Account Director. Portfolio includes; Managed Services, Cloud, Data Center, Infrastructure and Workspace. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying leads and ultimately winning new logos, targeting a range of commercial customers across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join one of the highest performing teams with several high achievers earning in excess of £200k OTE!

Responsibilities:
  • Hunt, win and develop New Logo Accounts across a range of sectors
  • Build market share through outbound lead generation
  • Design and implement a structured plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Build a clear understanding of customer priorities and budgets to qualify opportunities, generate pipeline and forecast deal closure
  • Partner with the wider business to ensure customer satisfaction is always kept paramount and a top-quality service is delivered consistently
  • Demonstrable experience and success hunting new business and developing logos
  • Proven track record of achievement within a similar MSP
  • Strong presentation skills - able to communicate effectively, influence and negotiate
  • Ability to accurately forecast consistently deliver results against financial targets
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/requirements
  • Experience of a client management database
  • A true relationship builder and team player, both internally and externally


Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience and success hunting new business and developing logos
  • Proven track record of achievement within a similar VAR or MSP
  • Experience selling Managed Services, Cloud, Data Center, Infrastructure and Workspace across commercial sector
  • Strong presentation skills - able to communicate effectively, influence and negotiate
  • Ability to accurately forecast consistently deliver results against financial targets
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/requirements
  • Experience of a client management database
  • A true relationship builder and team player, both internally and externally
