Following a resignation in the team, and an internal restructure to create two new senior opportunities reporting to the CFO at a crucial time in their growth journey, CreditFix are now looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team, and lead the FP&A / commercial finance business partnering activity.Management accounting
- Explaining the financial impact and accounting of any changes to the business operating model or strategy.
- Lead on all FP&A activity and the creation of appropriate management information packs for reporting on business performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Building and implementing KPI models.
- Reviewing the output of the reports by the team and challenging when necessary.
- Present/explain the reporting at senior leadership and Board level as appropriate.
Business partnering - Sales & Marketing
- Interrogate, analyse and explain the forecast and underlying metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Business partnering - Mauritius
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategy changes.
- Coach on models and help her to challenge the op's teams on performance.
- Analysis on Sales and Marketing ROI and review and approve spending as required.
Business set up and strategy
- Monitor termination and closure WIP levels. Set and monitor budget to ensure profitability remains in line with plan and projections.
- Explain models to both internal and external stakeholders around individual business case, forecast and risk.
