£25,000 - £28,000 - Permanent, Full Time.

Opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week!

Our client is currently on the lookout for a talented, intelligent, tech-savvy, online geek to join their team as a Marketplace eCommerce Assistant. Ideally, we're looking for someone who knows their way around the internet, and can join the team and get "stuck in" to help maintain the day-to-day running of the accounts. As a Marketplace eCommerce Assistant you will need to have experience in using Microsoft Excel, understand product pages and product images and possess the ability to write strong copy. Ideally, you will also be able to develop growth ideas and have business acumen!

Job Responsibilities

Ensure product descriptions, specifications and details follow a uniform order across brands and products.
Manage all listings including content and optimisation.
Manage the entire customer journey including resolving feedback, any customer queries and order complaints quickly and effectively at every step.
Resolving Amazon A-Z claims and eBay Resolution Centre cases.
Preparing shipments, EANs and uploading data to send to Amazon for Fulfilment by Amazon.
The ability to identify, analyse and propose innovations and new product opportunities for sales growth.
Co-ordinate the upload of CSV. files to Data Teams upon authorisation.
Updating reports.

Required Knowledge & Experience

You will need to have an active interest in eCommerce, particularly in selling on Amazon and eBay.
Amazon and/or eBay Trading Experience.
Fantastic organisational sklills with a "can do" attitude.
Basic knowledge of HTML.
You will need to be both logical, and methodical with a keen eye for written detail.
Highly skilled with regards to Excel and other reporting tools in order to be able to effectively analyse data.
Photoshop & Photography skills would be advantageous.
Excellent written and editorial skills.
Flexible and able to adapt well to business/trade changes.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
