Multi Skilled Engineer (mechanical bias)
Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical building services, building fabrics repair and soft services to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities & distribution and logistics.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced a multi skilled (mechanical bias) engineer to work mobile throughout Cambridge on a prestigious pharmaceutical contract.
Role Summary:
Completing reactive calls to mechanical, electrical and building fabric equipment
Delivering pre-planned maintenance, working with subcontractors and 3rd parties
To ensure sites are maintained in line with our contract agreement.
Liaising closely with the customer and helpdesk to feedback and report on work
Qualifications & Experience Required:
City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2/3
City & Guilds F Gas (desirable)
17 th / 18 th Edition (desirable)
Possess practical, productive engineering skills with a strong technical knowledge
Previous experience working for an FM company
Previous experience working in a client facing environment
The package:
Salary: circa £36,000
Paid Holidays
