Exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking marketing team. I am looking for an established multi-channel Marketing Manager to join Impellam, reporting into the Marketing Director. Purpose of the Role:

1 To generate new business leads for a portfolio of Impellam brands
2 Manage the timely and quality fulfilment of a B2B marketing strategy in support of the Bid and Sales teams

Requirements of the role:

* Able to work with market data and research insights to develop B2B marketing strategy
* Any experience of developing differentiated brand value propositions will be advantageous
* Extensive experience creating and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Budget management experience is desirable
* Familiar with working with specialist agencies i.e. copywriting, graphic design, animators and market research agencies
* Experience of using content marketing programmes to generate marketing position and subsequently leads
* Work closely with digital marketing specialists to develop the lead generation performance of the portfolio brand websites
* Familiar with the use of marketing automation to nurture leads
* Confident manager of people and excellent communicator
* Open and honest communicator
* Not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve marketing performance
* Understands the value of marketing analytics in shaping and adapting marketing strategies and plans
* Desirable experience includes any exposure to using PR agencies and strategies to develop a market position
* Confident presenting customer insights and marketing performance indicators to senior executive stakeholders
* Comfortable explaining to senior and junior stakeholders, marketing techniques to help bring people on the marketing journey
* Comfortable with a basic technical understanding of how marketing technology and customer systems work together; content management systems, CRMs and marketing automation as examples
* Able to consider new possibilities whilst rationalising ideas against commercials but ultimately never stop considering the art of the possible
* Proactive manager of performance and supporting the development of those you manage

* Lead generation performance
* Content marketing performance
* Quality and accuracy of marketing assets produced
* Productivity pace medium to fast
* Happiness of team mates and colleagues working with you and you with them
