As the CRM Manager you will be:
- Create engaging comms with customers through a consistent and relevant programme of communication through - Email, SMS, Push Notifications & WhatsApp
- Retain, reward and reactivate customers through developing an effective CRM function
- Ownership of data integrity
- Review on programme KPI's broken down into new initiatives, monthly campaigns and other customer marketing activity
- Devise, test and rollout a customer loyalty/membership programme
- Running A/B testing
- A minimum of 4 years CRM Marketing experience, within fashion, retail and/or sports (B2C sectors)
- Highly competent in email marketing and ESP tools
- Ability to work in a small, hands on and commercial team
- Proven experience of managing CRM
