Technical Support Engineer


Salary negotiable depending on experience plus bonus and benefits.

Here is a fantastic opportunity to join an established but growing business within the security industry. The main focus for this company is CCTV and door entry products selling to security installation companies. Due to company growth they are now looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

The role is office based working Monday - Friday and requires someone with previous experience in a technical role working with CCTV products. You will be assisting customers with any technical issues both over the phone and via email, raising tickets using the in-house systems and escalating to the next level if required.

The ideal candidate will have;
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent CCTV technical knowledge
  • Good telephone manner
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Organised and excellent communication and customer service skills.
