Fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Finance Executive to join a growing Corporate Finance department of a market leading accountancy practice with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone. Become an integral member of the team with development and progression on offer.

This very successful Corporate Finance boutique (Accountancy firm) has developed a strong reputation in the Kent market. They provide a range of services to a diverse client base; ranging from start-ups, small businesses, through to large and significant sized corporate clients, with wide-ranging M&A projects arising from these clients.

This firm works with businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors who want an experienced professional advisor who shares the same beliefs and ambitions for success. From strategic advice on growth plans, fundraising, acquisitions and disposals, they add expertise and measurable value. This role will be broad and varied, you'll be assisting in the execution of Corporate Finance engagements across both Transaction Support and Lead Advisory:

Transaction Support

Preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports in respect of:
* Corporate acquisitions
* Private equity investments
* Bank pre-lending reviews
* Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions
* Liaising with other departments (e.g. tax) throughout the transaction

Lead Advisory

* Report writing (e.g. preparation of Information Memorandum, Business Plans)
* Financial modelling (e.g. cash flow/financing models)
* M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers)
* Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business
* Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions
* Relationship building with local intermediary market (banks, lawyers etc.)


Ideally, you'll have an audit background and some Transaction Services or Corporate Finance experience, although not essential. In this role attention to detail is key, we aim to provide the best service to our clients so you'll need to be a self-starter, able to work flexible hours and to tight deadlines.

You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified, with good written and verbal communication skills. This will be a client facing role, and therefore you'll need to be confident and professional with good commercial awareness. Due to the location of clients you will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Job Offer

£40,000- £50,000 depending on experience
