Our client, a prestigious International law firm, seek to appoint a Learning & Development Manager, on a full-time permanent basis, to be based in their Central London HQ.
The firm are well-known for challenging the status quo and offer a refreshing and forward-thinking way of approaching problems. The incoming L&D Adviser will establish themselves as a trusted adviser to the wider L&D team, fully engaging the firm, delivering personal and business skills programmes, whilst maintaining and improving the core catalogue of the current training material.
The role is broad, and there will be huge scope to progress, as the role sits within a wider HR team in London which comprises 35 professionals.
Professional Services experience is a prerequisite for this position, and you will have worked at Managerial level previously.
