We are looking to recruit a Brand Communications Manager for a market-leading, manufacturing employer of choice based in Cumbria.

The Role

As part of a highly effective team, the Brand Communications Manager is responsible for upholding brand standards, enhancing consumer perceptions of the brand, and growing brand awareness and preference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing strategy development
  • Develop and implement brand identity
  • Championing the brand
  • Manage PR strategy
  • Campaign development
  • Special Events planning and support
  • Media planning
  • Develop key consumer influencer and ambassador relationships
  • Monitor and analyse brand budget
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Identifying key insights from competitor, consumer, category analysis
  • Key point of contact for supporting agencies

Experience, attributes & skills sought:
  • Fantastic Written and verbal English
  • 3 years Brand experience as main job function
  • Ideally from a premium durables background
  • Driven and motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and being able to prioritise workload
