Service Desk Analyst- 3-month Contract - Remote

A Client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be based remotely. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will answer calls that come directly to the IT Service Desk from internal and external Customers dealing with them in a professional and courteous manner.

This Role will be remote initially
  • Great communicator
  • Carry out day to day maintenance, administration and support on all computer systems as per the daily operations check list.
  • In-depth - Windows OS (XP/Win 7/Win 10)
  • Administration of Users within Active Directory
  • Remote Support Tools (i.e. VNC, RDP....)
  • Internet connectivity fault finding
  • Experience of Logging tickets
  • 2nd line support experience
  • Administration of Users with Active Director
  • Remote Support Tools
  • Attention to detail extremely important.
  • PCs/Windows/Microsoft/O365
  • Experience supporting Windows environment
  • Corporate Messaging - Outlook/ExchangePC hardware inventory and reporting
  • Attention to detail extremely important.
  • Resolve support incidents on the network, VOIP phones, servers, workstations, printers & mobile devices.
