2nd Line Desktop Engineer. Based in London (nearest tube station- St Paul's) my client are recruiting for an good all-rounder 2nd Line Desktop Engineer to join their small team. You must be adaptable and have excellent end user/customer facing skills. Role is a mixture on over the phone, remote and deskside IT Support.
You must have around 2-4 years within an 2nd line role with technical skills in the following:
- Exchange 2016
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- Windows Server
- Solid MS Desktop Support experience
- Excellent communication, end user/customer facing skills
Any skills in Citrix and asset management (Routers, Bloomberg, Fixed Income, Operations/Back Office) would be a massive bonus!
Role is on an slight shift pattern, covering the hours of 07.00 to 16.00, 08.00 to 17.00 and 10.00 to 19.00.
