Title: IFRS Business/Data Analyst

Location: Remote - Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 9 Months Mission

Description

Being part of the IFRS 17 & 9 project, the IFRS Business / Data Analyst will be responsible of supporting the implementation of the IFRS requirements.

As IFRS Business/Data analyst you will need to:

• Understand business processes and data linked to them
• Discover and write data requirements to extract from operational and accounting applications
• Write requirements to transform these data into a common data model that is used as an input for the IFRS17 solution
• Prototype these data extractions and transformations (SQL and Power BI - Power Query) to provide test datasets
• Assess completeness and consistency of the extracted data (write and implement data quality checks)
• Support in architectural and data granularity decisions
• Support developers and testers in the implementation.
• Support change management activities
• You will be responsible for a specific Client's entity and will show a good degree of autonomy.

Job requirements:

• A master diploma or equivalent achieved through years of working experience
• Extensive business analysis experience (minimum 5 years)
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Good Interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments
• English speaking is a must
