We are working with a B2C FinTech business where financial wellbeing is at the heart of everything they do. They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager into their rapidly growing team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative candidate to join a business that has grown exponentially over the last few years!

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be:

  • Defining the marketing plan for integrated campaigns
  • Working with agency partners to develop creative briefs
  • Establishing the best channels and media mix and work with wider marketing/product teams
  • Managing and delivering campaigns from insight to implementation
  • Delivering exceptional TTL campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting marketing & media performance


The successful candidate will have a growth-focused mindset with experience across the full marketing mix, ideally with experience running TV campaigns. You will be a great communicator as well as having an analytical approach to marketing. You will also need to have great B2C marketing experience, ideally within a start-up/scale-up.
