Midway through digitizing our business with lots of opportunity for product owners to own and drive their work
About you:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
About the Role:
Customer Voice
· Serve as the voice of our customers, seeking out their needs & insights
· Map E2E customer journeys (including data and process flows) & optimise CX
· Research and analyse market, the users, latest insight and the roadmap for the product
Business Value
· Actively engage with Business stakeholder to truly understand their desired outcomes
· Proactively update and communicate progress or set-backs with business owners
· Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Technical Delivery
· Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when necessary; ask questions that clarify priorities
· Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
· Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
· Remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress, identify gaps in communication or schedule, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities, and drive results proactively
Highly Desirable:
· E2E customer journey mapping & process design to optimise customer experience
· Implementing effective digital onboarding journeys (e.g. KYB, KYC with vendors such as trunarrative, Jumio, onfido)
· FX trading & Payments sector experience (FS and fintech experience also valued)
· Designing, implementing & optimising sales processes in Microsoft Dynamics365
