An amazing opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to join on of the world's leading companies within the defense industry. This role is works closely with the MOD sector and its cyber security.

A successful Senior Software Developer will be involved in multiple mission critical projects across the business and be responsible for support of the design and implementation stage.

A Senior Software Developer will:

• Supporting internal and external test solutions
• Implementing and improving test procedures
• Supporting team workload by consistent review
• Documenting both internal and external tests and their progress

A successful Senior Software Developer will have the following:

• Experience in conducting tests and have the knowledge of its methodologies
• Knowledge of verifying, integrating and testing methodologies
• Knowledge/ comprehension of capturing requirements and ability to estimate such requirements
• Experience working in a DevOps environment

The Senior Software Developer will ideally have:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or/ and Git
• Communication networks devices or/and systems
• Testing or/and integration of database systems (SQL, Oracle etc.)
• Working knowledge of TEMPEST standards

In return you'll receive:

• Salary between 45,000 to 60,000
• Pension contribution between 6% and 8%
