What will my role look like?
Sbarro is an American pizzeria chain that specialises in mouthwatering sold by the slice New York-style pizza and other Italian-American cuisine! We are one of the largest quick service Italian chains in the world and our premium secret ingredients & signature recipes served by the kindest, friendliest employees is what keeps our customers content and coming back for more!
As a Store Manager you will join a dedicated team of professionals that add their own special ingredient of fun to the successful recipe that has been Sbarro for years! You are the leader of your busy store and because our restaurants are so popular it is important that you lead your team to meet customer demands and deliver amazing customer service in this quick fast food environment.
It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful Store Manager but don't be fooled, this doesn't mean you can't have fun and enjoy the benefits and rewards that this role brings. You are in charge of all aspects of the store including motivating, coaching and training your team, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries and most importantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time. This isn't a back office job, prepare to roll your sleeves up, engage with our amazing customers and get involved!

What would my main responsibilities be?
• Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks
• Look to drive sales and meet targets
• Recruit new colleagues and ensure they are made to feel welcome and trained to the highest standards
• Complete administration, stock take and banking / finance duties
• Ensure you and your team provide a fantastic customer service experience
• Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun
• Prepare and serve our famous well-loved products
• Ensure that our stores look presentable and vibrant
Do I have what it takes?
Of course you do! Naturally this is a role that requires some previous catering / fast food / hospitality management experience but we will upskill you and ensure you are trained on all aspects of the role. We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service so as long as you aren't afraid of hard work, can lead a team and thrive in a fun environment then you definitely have what it takes!
