Job Details

the Contact Centre team, looking after the end to end delivery of technology across the entire Contact Centre estate, with a specific focus on architecting and delivering the core voice platforms, speech analytics, IVR applications and other customer interaction channels. You will be responsible for the solution architecture and design in this space, setting the ongoing roadmap for various technologies and ensuring consistent solution delivery for the contact centre.

To be successful in this role you will need;
  • Proven Solution Architecture experience in a top tier Bank / Financial Services organisation or in a blue chip organisation
  • Contact Centre Architecture and technology experience (IVR / Webchat)
  • Proven AWS / Cloud experience (Ideally Amazon Connect)
  • Software / Application / API architecture experience
  • Exposure to SOA design principles
  • Knowledge of Java / Java Enterprise
