Project Manager - AUM & Flow Reporting - Contract

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Accountable for the successful execution of the project.
Manage vendor selection process and implementation.
Support the business in defining target operating model
Manage 3rd party data providers
Manage the build and test of integrations between external and internal data sources and the chosen vendor solution
Monitor and report on progress to all Stakeholders through steering committees and working parties
Facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Define project tasks, develop, and track project plans
Manage project budget and monitor benefit realisation
Responsible for RAID management

Qualification and Requirements

Experience of managing significant data and reporting projects involving Investment, Accounting, and Transfer Agency data within the Asset Management domain
Experience of managing an AUM and Flow reporting implementation within an Asset Management business
Experience of managing a vendor selection process, and managing 3rd party product implementations
Strong knowledge of the fund distribution industry, especially in the UK and Europe
Experience in defining Asset Management operating models for Distribution and Finance (Revenue calculation)
Experience with CRM implementation and upgrade projects
