Job Details

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the successful execution of the project.
  • Manage vendor selection process and implementation.
  • Support the business in defining target operating model
  • Manage 3rd party data providers
  • Manage the build and test of integrations between external and internal data sources and the chosen vendor solution
  • Monitor and report on progress to all Stakeholders through steering committees and working parties
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables
  • Define project tasks, develop, and track project plans
  • Manage project budget and monitor benefit realisation
  • Responsible for RAID management

Qualification and Requirements
  • Experience of managing significant data and reporting projects involving Investment, Accounting, and Transfer Agency data within the Asset Management domain
  • Experience of managing an AUM and Flow reporting implementation within an Asset Management business
  • Experience of managing a vendor selection process, and managing 3rd party product implementations
  • Strong knowledge of the fund distribution industry, especially in the UK and Europe
  • Experience in defining Asset Management operating models for Distribution and Finance (Revenue calculation)
  • Experience with CRM implementation and upgrade projects
