An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Performance Manager to join a public sector organisation based in East London. The role is a temporary role initially until July 2021. The role will be working remotely.
The role will work on a task-force to deal with a large backlog of cases across a number of teams dealing with Commercial Enquiries, Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Market Rent and Property Management activities.
The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills, a logical and methodological approach to work and previous experience using CRM case flow systems. The successful applicant will have previous experience managing teams and performance issues.
The role will be working as a Performance Manager, managing the task-force team which will consist of two officers and two administrators. Key duties will include managing difficult performance issues, set performance objectives and tasks, ensuring that the task-force is working efficiently, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
