Based in Westerham Kent
Full-timeEmpowering Learning is recruiting Graduate SEN LSA's for positions based in Westerham Kent. The positions are to work within SEND schools alongside pupils with Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties or complex needs.
Job Responsibilities
Academic and social support towards pupils with various Learning Difficulties
Ability to engage and support pupils
Being able to adapt and be creative in your approach
Managing challenging behaviorJob Requirements
Experience of supporting children or young adults with learning difficulties or disabilities desirable
Able to stay calm and de-escalate challenging Behaviour
Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 1-6 months
