Job Details

Teaching Personnel have a KS1 teaching assistant position available in the Ringwood area.

As a teaching assistant you will be required to build a good rapport with the students and staff. Maintain a high standard of control and discipline. Developing the pupils confidence and subsequently help to raise their attainment level.

You will ideally be a Teaching Assistant who has the ability to maintain a calm and patient atmosphere and have the skills to support behaviour management. It's crucial that you are pro-active and engaging with the children as this will allow for progress amongst pupils within the class.
