Paradigm Mortgage Services is a multi-award winning Mortgage Club who offer a wide variety of support services to financial advisers across the UK. We are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join as a Senior Marketing Co-ordinator.

This role will primarily involve overseeing and assisting with the day to day management of 60+ pre-agreed marketing contracts with UK Mortgage Lenders and Life Insurance Providers. This will include scheduling activities and ensuring they remain on schedule, undertaking activities using the content provided, invoicing and more. In addition, there is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a rebrand and the building of a brand new website which will merge three existing sites - this does not require any graphic design or web build experience as we will be working closely with our chosen web developer. Following the rebrand, it is expected that we will be able to actively market our brand to the financial services industry and the role will entail the creation of (or overseeing the creation of) content such as emails, banner adverts, videos, social media content and more. Being able to use and understand analytics as well as focus on SEO is desired. This is a busy and exciting role that requires a hard-working, enthusiastic individual who is ready for a new challenge. The role will be varied due to the wide scope of responsibilities, as outlined above. There is potential for development in this role based on your performance and how you would like to develop within our business.

Due to the pandemic, our team are all working from home and therefore you would start by working remotely, with support and training provided via phone, email, conference calls and more. Once the Government guidance allows, this will be an office-based role. *Please bear this in mind before applying*

Training will be provided however experience of marketing is preferred. Financial services experience is not essential but again would be beneficial. Applications with a covering letter are much more likely to be considered.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 GCSE's Grades A-C (minimum grade C in Maths and English)
  • Marketing experience (this will determine salary offered, within the advertised parameters)
  • Great communication skills
  • Team player and experience of working with people
  • Strong administrative & organisational ability
  • Excellent keyboard and IT literacy (including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to produce own correspondence
  • Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines

Working hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Currently this role would involve working from home, due to the pandemic. However, our intention is to return to our offices full time when Government guidance allows. Therefore, being able to travel to the office is essential. Free parking is available or it is a short walk from Birmingham International train station.

25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays
