Now is an exciting time to join Dreams, the UK`s number one specialist bed retailer. Due to our business expanding we are currently looking for a Store Manager Designate to join our fantastic team.
Retail is vital for the success of our brand. Working to support stores in the Birmingham region, you will be responsible for supporting stores who may not have a manager and working alongside a Regional Manager to develop store performance whilst training yourself ready to take accountability you`re your own team and store. Strong leadership and determination are key. You must be able to lead by example and keep the team both motivated and supported in maintain their drive to hit both individual and store targets.
You should have your own personal ambition to succeed but have a passion to support and coach others to achieve their own personal ambitions.
Previous management experience is essential as well as experience of working towards KPIs and sales targets.

Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
