Suitable candidates will have 5+ years experience of Test Management Software such as Test Rail. You will also have experience with ALM coupled with use of tools such as Jira and Rally. Other skills include the creation and maintenance of test scripts.
Strong applications will also have ISTQB and ISEB certifications.
