Lead Test Analyst - Manual with the opportunity to learn automation!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lead tester to join a market-leading organisation based in Greater Manchester. As the Lead Test Analyst, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects including their web applications and internal systems. You will be responsible for leading the functional manual testing of multiple projects across the full software development lifecycle. You will work with both web, mobile and database technologies including SQL and C# .Net in a very agile environment. You will be responsible for leading the team, mentoring, managing workloads and recruiting for new members of the team. Although at first this is a manual testing position, the organisation does some automation so this presents a fantastic opportunity to learn automation.

As the Lead Test Analyst, you will have a minimum of 1 years' commercial experience in software testing across the full software development lifecycle. You will be familiar with web and system testing and ideally possess an ability to query a SQL Database. You will be able to write as well as execute a manual test scrip. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential for this position as you will be working with various people across the business.
